Do you have a customer service phone number? All customer service related inquiries are handled through e-mail, please send us an e-mail and we will contact you back within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you sell refurbished or factory seconds? All of our items are new/authentic and unopened in the original manufacturer's packaging. We do not sell refurbished items.
How do I return a purchase? If you are not happy with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please contact us via email and we will provide you with an RMA. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. It takes 5-7 business days after we receive your package to process the return.
What if I the item I purchased is defective or damaged? If you have received your purchase and it is damaged or there is a manufacturer defect please email us and we will send a prepaid label and a replacement item.
Do you offer discounts? We do offer 10% discounts for purchases of three or more items, please contact us via e-mail.
Can I cancel my order? We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday after payment is received. For your convenience orders are processed and shipped very quickly. Although we make every attempt to cancel an order if requested, this is not always possible.
When will my order ship? We ship within 1 business day after your purchase.
How long will a domestic shipment take to arrive? Average domestic delivery is 3-5 business days.
What shipping carrier do you use? We use USPS for all domestic and international deliveries and UPS for larger items that are not able to ship via USPS.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally. Standard Int'l. Shipping time is normally 7-28 business days with an additional one week for customs at times.
Is my item restricted internationally? It is the buyer's responsibility to know the local laws specific to their country or region. Outfitter Country is NOT responsible for seized packages. Please ensure the item you are purchasing is legal for import PRIOR to placing an order.
Will I be assessed any tax/duty for my International purchase? Import Taxes, Tariffs, Duties and Charges are NOT included in sale price and any charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Seller is not responsible for any customs Duty, Vat or Tax.
